Family roots. New generation. 🇬🇷 Apostoli (Paul) and Artemis Stephanou, owners of our Vaudreuil location, have been part of the Souvlaki Authentique family for years. When the time came to open Les Coteaux, they passed the torch to their son, Costa. Now Costa’s running the show—bringing his own energy, discipline, and pride to the brand, while continuing the legacy his parents helped build. This is what generational ownership looks like. - Apostoli (Paul) et Artemis Stephanou, propriétaires de notre succursale de Vaudreuil, font partie de la famille Souvlaki Authentique depuis des années. Lorsque le temps est venu d'ouvrir Les Coteaux, ils ont passé le relais à leur fils, Costa. Aujourd’hui, c’est lui qui tient les rênes—apportant son énergie, sa discipline et sa fierté, tout en perpétuant l’héritage de ses parents. C’est ça, la relève familiale.
