Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The food was incredible. The meat was fresh, tender, and perfectly seasoned. The rice was full of flavour, and the lemon sauce was one of the highlights; it wasn’t overly thick or drowning everything in sauce, but instead was the perfect light topping for the potatoes. We also ordered the calamari, which was perfectly crispy without being greasy. For appetizers, we had the feta and the dip trio. The feta was excellent quality (the kind you’d happily buy to have at home) and the dips were fresh, flavourful, and a great way to start the meal. For dessert, we shared the key lime pie and the baklava cheesecake, and both were absolutely delicious. The key lime pie was refreshing and balanced, while the baklava cheesecake was a perfect combination of two classic desserts. What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. In Greek, we have a word that doesn’t translate perfectly into English: filotimo. It’s about taking pride in what you do, showing genuine hospitality, generosity, kindness, and treating people with respect and heart. We truly got to experience that firsthand. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, and it made us feel like more than just customers. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic, delicious Greek food and the kind of hospitality that leaves a lasting impression.

This restaurant feels like a bit of a hidden gem. It was my first time trying it, and overall, it was a great experience. We ordered the lamb chops, the chicken Slovakia dinner, and a pork kebab. The lamb chops and chicken were absolutely delicious, though the pork wasn’t really to my taste. I wasn’t a big fan of the dressing on the potatoes, and while my wife enjoyed the salad dressing, it wasn’t quite for me either. That said, the portion sizes were very generous. The atmosphere is fantastic, with a warm Greek vibe that really adds to the experience. On top of that, the place is very clean, and the service is outstanding—staff are attentive, always nearby, and ready to help with anything you need.

I truly had an amazing experience at Souvlaki Authentique in Les Coteaux. The atmosphere was warm, authentically Greek, inviting and full of charm. The food was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Every dish felt carefully prepared, and even the drinks were spot on. What really stood out was the attention to detail. You can tell there’s real pride behind this place. The owner, Costa, goes above and beyond to make sure his place is running efficiently and that he’s providing an authentic Greek experience. He treats his restaurant as if it’s his home, with care and compassion. A great mix of quality, quantity and hospitality. I’ll definitely be heading back to this spot.

Came in with my family the other night. Fantastic service. We had a great time. The calamari was delicious. Had a great chat with the owner Costa on our way out. 100/10 experience and service. Will be coming back soon!!

Stop here right NOW!! I have been married to my greek wife for 26 years and she had never been impressed with greek restaurant until we went to the Authentique. What a treat that was. We are definitely coming back. This should be call Best Greek Authentique food!!!
