Our Story

Souvlaki Authentique opened its first location in Île‑Perrot in 2017, driven by a passion for real Greek flavours. We serve fresh, traditional Greek food prepared daily with house-marinated meats and quality ingredients, including Greek salads, traditional gyros, homemade appetizers, desserts, and more. From one local spot to seven locations across Québec, each branch brings its own unique touch while delivering the same bold, satisfying taste of Greece in every meal.

From Day One to Ownership

Nick and Kirk started working at our Boisbriand restaurant — learning the ropes, putting in the work, and pouring their energy into the store like it was their own.

They also came in with the right background, both with years of experience in the restaurant industry. 

That mix of skill, passion, and hustle? It shows.

Since taking over, their commitment has turned Boisbriand into one of the top-performing stores in the chain.

Family roots. New generation.

Apostoli (Paul) and Artemis Stephanou, owners of our Vaudreuil location, have been part of the Souvlaki Authentique family for years.

When the time came to open Les Coteaux, they passed the torch to their son, Costa.

Now Costa’s running the show—bringing his own energy, discipline, and pride to the brand, while continuing the legacy his parents helped build.

Louis has been with us since day 1. By the time we opened our third store, he and his wife Dimitra decided it was time to build something of their own.

Right in the heart of the pandemic, they launched Ville-Marie - no fear, no hesitation.

Since then, they’ve built more than a store. They’ve built a home for hustle, love, and consistency! 

Two Locations, One Shared Passion

Jimmy and Nick have been part of Souvlaki Authentique since the early days, growing Île-Perrot and Pierrefonds into neighbourhood favourites. With a hands-on approach and a loyal customer base, they’ve built more than restaurants—they’ve built a community.
